Project name / Specsavers – Interactive Hearing Screener

MY ROLE /CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT / CREATIVE DIRECTION (PROTOTYPE)

The aim was to remove barriers that prevent people from starting their hearing journey by creating an innovative, industry-first digital experience combining voice technology with Specsavers’ audiology expertise.

The screener was designed as a no-pressure way for people to check their hearing at home – with family, friends or on their own – making the experience stress-free, approachable and even enjoyable.

The concept focused on turning hearing checks into an interactive, story-driven experience. Built around familiar “hearing moments,” it used changes in frequency and everyday life scenarios to highlight what sounds might be missed as hearing naturally changes with age. By presenting the experience as an entertaining audio series, it engaged users in a relatable, friendly way, encouraging them to take the first step in checking their hearing.
