BHF / PULSE RECOGNITION WALL

MY ROLE / CONCEPT / ART DIRECTION / CREATIVE DIRECTION

I came up with the concept for a living, sustainable wall installation to celebrate the British Heart Foundation’s philanthropic Pulse members. To bring the idea to life, I sourced and partnered with 3GS, a specialist creative technology company.

The installation was designed to feel unique, scientific and deeply personal, reflecting the impact of donors on lifesaving research. Each member’s biometrics would be scanned and transformed into a bespoke, artistic interpretation displayed on the wall. As more members joined, the installation would grow – a constantly evolving, living artwork symbolising the collective power of the Pulse community.

Every heartbeat is unique – just like the impact of every Pulse member.

To launch the group, we hosted an immersive event where philanthropists experienced their Pulse becoming part of the wall for the first time. Guests were served food inspired by scientific research and breakthroughs and took part in an interactive journey celebrating both the history and future of the British Heart Foundation’s pioneering work.
